Czym będziesz się zajmował?

This role is a senior leadership position in the Group Chief Technology COO organisation. Primary responsibility will be to provide the strategic leadership and day-to-day management of the Costing and Charging team, including governance, planning, and reporting & analytics. Other responsibilities include internal and external stakeholder management, running monthly inventory QA and billing, leading all aspects of forecasting and planning (costs, pricing, consumption, allocations, and recovery), business case review and validation, and serving as subject matter expert on a variety of GCIO/GCFO topics  and projects (including Legal Entity and Cost Variability).  In addition, this person will partner with the GCTO COO and CFO to lead transformation within the GCTO business management function. 


Role Objectives:
• Evolve Costing and Charging function in alignment with overall GCTO COO strategy and TBM transformation
• Develop and maintain C-suite level materials to support transformation discussions and education/marketing efforts
• Support a variety of internal and external stakeholders across titles and geographies, ensuring a timely and consistent response to requests for Costing and Charging information
• Support Product & Service Managers in understanding / managing costs, pricing, consumption and recovery
• Support CRM in understanding and explaining allocations to customers
• Develop and maintain 

Key Interfaces:
• Other peers and N3 business managers in the division
• GCTO Service & Capability Owners and Product  Managers
• CRM and support teams
• SMO and transformation teams
• GCFO and GCIO (external to GCTO)
• Audit, Compliance and Controls liaison
• Business Continuity and Crisis management teams actionable MIS and analysis (trends, scenarios, AvB/AvF), including  KPIs and scorecards

Required Experience:
• Proven ability to influence and run a business management team within a large organisation
• Strong evidence of building and developing relationships internally and externally
• Strong knowledge of the process of building cost and recovery models specific to IT infrastructure
• Ability to be authoritative and influential in senior control meetings
• Remote management of a diverse footprint of staff covering multiple location
• Strong leadership and decision making skills
